Are there any charges for cancelling my order?
Please be aware that charges may apply to cover any costs or work already undertaken on our end. Additionally, please note that once the cake has been completed, we are unable to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of my cake?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your cake. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or credit.
